General terms and conditions of purchase

Please read the information below carefully. This document contains key information about the point of sale, terms of purchase, privacy, and refunds.

2.1.3 Currency conversion statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

2.1.5 Delivery of goods and possible restrictions

Delivery of goods is carried out by courier service within the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The delivery time is from 2 to 5 business days from the day of order confirmation. Delivery costs are clearly stated during the purchase process.

In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may be extended, and the customer will be informed in a timely manner.

Ograničenja: If there are customs, export, or other legal restrictions that may affect delivery, they should be stated here.

2.1.6 Complaints policy

The buyer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. Complaints are submitted via email or phone, along with the order number and a description of the issue.

  • Deadline for responding to a complaint: no later than 8 days
  • Deadline for resolving a complaint: до 15 days from the receipt of the complaint

In the event of a justified complaint, the buyer will be offered a product replacement or a refund, in accordance with the conditions stated in the “Refund policy” section.

Cancellation / Withdrawal: Clearly state here the reasons, deadlines, and procedure for order cancellation and any possible costs.

2.1.7 User privacy protection

2.1.8 Protection of confidential transaction data

2.1.9 Refund policy
